Terms
1. Booking & Payment Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or prior to the release of the final high-resolution images.
Travel Fees: Properties located more than 30 miles from Palm Coast, FL will incur a travel fee of $1.00 per mile.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time.
Weather: In the event of inclement weather (rain, high winds, or low visibility), the photographer will shoot the interior and return for exteriors at the earliest availability or reschedule the entire shoot at no additional cost.
3. Property Readiness "As-Is" Policy: Properties will be photographed in their "as-is" condition. The photographer is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving furniture/trash.
Safety: For the safety of the photographer and equipment, all pets must be secured or removed from the premises during the shoot.
4. Aerial/Drone Services Compliance: All drone operations are conducted in accordance with FAA Part 107 regulations.
No-Fly Zones: If a property is located in restricted airspace (near airports, military bases, or temporary flight restrictions), the photographer may be unable to perform aerial services. In such cases, the aerial portion of the fee will be refunded or credited.
Safety Discretion: The pilot in command has the final authority to cancel a flight due to safety concerns, including wind, power lines, or nearby bystanders.
5. Rights & Usage License Copyright: The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images and video.
License: The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for the purpose of marketing the specific property listing for the duration of the listing's "active" status.
Third-Party Use: Media may not be sold, traded, or transferred to third parties (including stagers, builders, or subsequent agents) without written permission and additional licensing fees.
6. Delivery & Editing Turnaround: Final edited media will be delivered within 24–48 business hours via digital gallery.
